They are working hard with tricky connections, though are clearly skilled labor, hopefully being paid a much better than the delivery guys. I tipped the installers but not the delivery guys. In retrospect, I should have tipped them both. I've never tipped an installer. I assume since they are skilled labor, their employer is paying them accordingly. Delivery people?
If it's a difficult delivery, I do. Otherwise, I assume they are again paid by their employer. I personally feel that tipping has gotten completely out of hand.
