Few reports of availability in stores. The Walmart Disc edition flashed stock briefly this Sunday afternoon but it's unclear if this was a bug with the API or if there was stock available.

Things were quiet on boxing day for PS5 restocks in Canada. Seems like retailers were rushing to get all the stock out they could before the Christmas for the holiday rush.
Amazon did end up having a small drop for both digital and disc today. Seems to be all sold out now but monitor amazon for any additional units. Amazon has some in stock signals coming through but it is intermittent and cart remains empty when the item is added. Keep an eye out today for Amazon Disc availability.
It appears they have now sold out. Best buy is registering stock for some bundle options but the pages are down. No word on the re stock at Best Buy for Canada. It seems more likely, as some of you in the Disqus pointed out, that the restock will be in the US only. There was queue on the Best Buy site momentarily which indicated that PS5s might be in stock, but that was likely just general traffic load management.
Amazon digital edition still seems to be in stock right now but there are some cart issues. I've tried several times and most return error dogs, but at least two have actually resulted in a cart add. Amazon seems to be going in and out of stock this evening. It's out of stock right now, but continue to check back on disc and digital in case there is another couple of waves.
This is a limited restock and expected to sell quickly. Due to order volume, it may take extra time to arrive — but we are shipping with intent to deliver before Christmas.

Sounds like there might be a drop coming soon The "restock" on the Toys R Us website today ended up being a bug - customers that ordered today had their orders cancelled. Toys R Us seemed to have some stock momentarily today.
They had a release of units on Monday so more could be trickling in with little warning. All quite on the northern front today with no new info or drops so far.
